Who Am I?-first impression ("breath mint"), servant, backbone, engine to keep things going
What Am I?-available (make things available), open, friendly, organized/neat, faithful
What Do I Do?-set up welcome table (devotionals, sign-in sheets, sign-up sheets for upcoming events, offering bags, pens, newcomer cards)
-welcome people (on guard)
-act as a greeter - pass out programs?
-do tithes and offerings - pass around offering bags, count total count, input # into binder in foyer in the sanctuary
-clean-up (especially with the move)
-communicate with Greeter/Attendance about attendance sheet
-bulletin board (after we move into the new Discipleship Center; settled down)
-sign up sheets (clipboard)
-sign in, collect $, PCF, applications (?)
What Now?-locate where all the "table things" are, put it in one box and label it
-make sure devotionals are updated
-get sign-up papers ready
-new attendance sheets (A/G)
-always have spare copies of newcomer cards, PCF
-always have some douloi members/greeters at the entrance or at the table with BIG REAL SMILES plastered on their faces
